Trader: scrolling back 3 or 4 weeks can't answer your curiosity.. I suggest u read the 11,000 + post here and the 1st 20,000 posts on "market gem" thread by Jenna to understands and learn about "truth in advertising." the position trade is alive and well if u look in the beginning of the year.. ..my own personal position trading lately is the oil service/driller stocks even though I call them watch lists.. don't forget my position trading on WDC and QNTM which I was stop out so many times but rebought them many times too since they continue to downtrend... so u see, PTA does exist and can last a day only or maybe a month or so which still consider short term depends on the direction of the stocks...

It is true you can look and make comments if you choose but FYI, there's house rules in every thread here in SI and in AOL Motley Fools and Yahoo boards... one of the house rules here is we welcome constructive criticism BUT we don't tolerate being RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MAKING A MOCKERY of someone..

btw, if u have a chance reading all those posts, I welcome u to critize all my watch lists which is majority of them sucks probably one of the worst anyway..

just me..
eL....

101, I have no idea who you are, or your agenda. It's clear however that your posts are not meant as contributions but as provocations. You must be inordinately stupid not to realize that this has been obvious to everybody else from your first post.

Well then, no offense to Jenna's thread, but I don't think that there are may stocks in the "beaten down" category discussed on that thread, even though that is part of the thread title.

trader

you said you wanted:
>>> no arrogant claims just an honest request to have truth in advertising

according to your profile:
>>> Occupation\Title Owner Ski resort in Mad River Valley, Vt
>>> and living my dream after investing in ski resort

let me think, hmmmmm
when Betsy Pratt (the owner of) Mad River Glen got in serious trouble she did a novel thing
formed the Mad River Glen Co-Op
at last count the were close to 2,000 members who had invested $1,750 in the Co-Op to keep this great old ski area from bankruptcy

so I suppose if one stretches the truth to the thinest degree you just might be truthful saying you are an "Owner" of a ski resort; at least a 1/2000th owner

Truth in advertising; what a wonderful concept

-------have a nice day
