Global One, an international joint venture of Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom and Sprint, is now offering international voice services over a high-performance Ericsson AXE-10 switch. Ericsson and Global One are opening a new International Gateway switch in Toronto for voice traffic. The Ericsson AXE Transgate switch will allow direct access to the Global One's international backbone network providing the Canadian market with state-of-the- art services at international competitive prices.
