Steve, why is the street showing no intrest in CDNW after their merger with NTKI? The combination makes for a larger entity that I think can't be ignored even when compared to the astronomical valuation of AMZN.

Would you give us your thoughts on recent IPO WebTrends (WEBT)?
Due to low volume, I am beginning to think their trade is too technical to get much attention from the average investor. Do you see much growth potential here? Site traffic analysis, firewall security, etc.

Steve, any comments on why beyond.com (BYND) has not had a better reception on wall street? seems like the company has a nice business model, is increasing its recognition, and has a nice share of the small business software market.

Any info / opinion would be appreciated.

Steve, any opinion on Concentric Networks (CNCX)? They just announced a 2 for 1 split and according to a report by Robertson Stephens, they are in dicussions with MSFT to form some sort of e-commerce alliance.....

Thanks,

Steve,
Just wanted to let you know that I think your column is great. I make sure to read the ISR every morning. Thanks for your tips. I took heed and bought some GNET at the begining of the year and have been accumalating on every dip. With the stock more than quadrupling in the last 4 or 5 months, do you think that the stock price is too high, or do you think that this trend can continue this year??

Thanks again.
