Hi Ray,

I expect that the Daily Oil Bulletin will issue a correction showing KOB, RLP and PYRX as participants and indicating that neither Trimark nor North Arm have an interest in this prospect. (The interests shown correspond (I believe) to those held in the nearby lands to be earned from Armstrong by the drilling of 3 deep tests.)

The DOB article also indicates that Busby said, "Insurance coverage is still sufficient to pay for a redrill of the original well." While Busby might have made that comment in private to the DOB reporter, that is NOT my recollection of what Busby actually said in his comments to the group. I believe Busby stated to the group something to the effect that "The JV holds insurance which is expected to cover substantially all of the costs of the blow out."

BWDIK.
