Art, Morgan, re patents and patent expirations.

Remember that Q's license and royalty agreements are not tied to any patent expiration. Since every communications manufacturer of significance has already signed a license agreement for cdmaOne, and will shortly do so for the 3G standard, the expiration of any one patent is of little concern. If they want to do cdma, they are gonna pay.

Sorry if someone has already made this point. The volume of messages is a bit overwhelming these days.
