Unique Broadband Systems Inc - Unique Broadband arranges convertible note financing Unique Broadband Systems Inc UBS Shares issued 65,835,356 1999-03-29 close $0.38 Monday Mar 29 1999 Mr. Stephen Rosen reports Unique Broadband Systems has reached agreement for the private placement of an unsecured convertible note in the amount of $300,000 to mature March 29, 2001. The note will be exchangeable into one million units at 30 cents per unit until March 29, 2000, and 857,143 units at 35 cents per unit from March 29, 2000, to March 29, 2001. Each unit will consist of one share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share for two years at 30 cents in the first year and 35 cents in the second year. The note will earn interest at a rate of 5 per cent per year. More Dilution!!
