PEI's Martin Armstrong is very opinionated and can be quite wrong. He was right last July. I think it is interesting that contrary to DOW 10,000 both he and Swenlin are sounding warnings about April 8th. Swenlin was not shy about calling the bottom early last fall and he was right on that account.
