ATHM's split must be approved by shareholders. As of last week, a shareholders meeting had not be scheduled. Many expect it in May, so we are a couple of months away from a split.

The split needs shareholder approval, IR said that they were trying to arrange a date in May for the meeting. They expect the split to take effect shortly thereafter.
