NO MORE DSMB for NEUPREX!

It appears to me that once the minimum number of mortality events
is reached, that XOMA goes straight to closing the trial.Under no circumstance, will there be another interim analysis done by the DSMB in the Neuprex phase 3 for Meningococcemia. The penalty that the FDA would place on the trial for doing that so late would be prohibitive!!!

With regard to GNE and HU1124, it is in the public domain, and quite obvious, that XOMA is going to be involved in a phase 3 for this drug with GNE. The only thing not known is, how!! They are either equity partners or contract partners. Either way, that will be a positive for XOMA.

News from Robert K. is not a surprise, and the company should not announce anything unless GNE wants to. Gne controls the news on this compound. hu 1124 BELONGS TO gne ANDthey will talk about it not XOMA.

So,they are lining up patients in the event they get a phase 3 going.
They havent started anything yet and how much do you think it costs to do this preliminary work..They just want to be able to get going quuickly if they get things straight with XOMA and the FDA.

To Bluegreen and George W.
Chill out already on the subject of lawsuits, maybe the company should think about one against you(bluegreen) for libel!

To Robert K. Thank you and keep digging but I think you have not even found the tip of the iceberg. GNE wont let you..Good luck.!
