Good morning Charles: I would like to know the benefits moving from the NASDAQ to the NYSE brings a company today. The only stock I have ever held that moved to the NYSE was SEG (ex-SEAG) and to be completely frank, I did not pay attention to the reasons why they made the move. From the perspective of a shareholder, the move did not seem to have made any difference.

On a trivial level,if SUNW should want to move to the NYSE, it would not be able to get the stock symbols it would probably want. SUN are the symbols for Sunoco and SMS and SUS are already taken. SUM is not.
