Kevin Thank you. Any rumors about a buyout or Merger with NWCI New World Coffee Inc. I read on raginBull that something was mentioned. Now with this unsolicated offer of $1.75 per share that is on the talweb.com that takes you to buymdmi.com site I don't know what to think.

MDMI I Know A friend that is Buying this stock @ 5k and 10K blocks he is a Guru and Knows his Shit has 300,000 shares, talked to him today and is not selling and buying more between 0.11 and 0.15. Good Luck Mark

New IR will be releasing numbers this week. I just got off the phone with Dana Verrill. You will be seeing the new IR releasing news this week. The float will be much smaller than expected. (I was guessing at something like 23,000,000 or more.) It will be great news. It's been a long time, but I'm feeling very good about this company. All we needed was some good communication between the company and the stockholders, and your calls, all you on this thread - that is, and emails made it happen. _________________________________ Marc Stager
