I suspect these smaller players are where the real value lay. But you have to watch the spread and volume very closely on these stocks. And you aren't likely to see Internut like moves overnight.

I'm holding CTI, another stock I think is similar, with strong insider support. But my favorite play for these is a mutual fund.
