David, I think that you've made my point very nicely. They are staying with the tried and true switched regime, embracing it wholeheartedly. That's not to suggest that frame relay is a negative, by any means, it's going to make big bucks for a long time to come. Rather, it serves to shore up the reality, and more to the point, the appearance, of QWST's being a more willing player to deploy traditional services, as opposed to being an entirely "next gen" kind of carrier, like that which LVLT is carving out for itself.
