Stroke & Linda - couldn't agree more. I find it very frustrating to see this stock not just languishing, but moving backwards when the company is apparently going 'forward' with their plans. And they are amused by investor's reactions to their website? Excuse me - this is a company that will sell via the web! A weak site does nothing to instill confidence. This is ecommerce 101.

They could greatly improve their horizon by an announcement which details the spectrum of their intended product line and the date their website is expected to go on-line. IMO, they seem to have a degree of confidence which is badly misplaced, given the entry of Wal-Mart into the game. I keep wanting to buy more RDIM, but balk, as I see no evidence of them actually executing their 'model'. Maybe the 'backend' of their site is going well. But any Internet company worth their salt know that the frontend is all that is important. RDIM management seem desperately amateurish in this respect. Time for RDIM to figure out that their future will be built on more than the so-called 350,000 members they have locked in. Most of these people probably don't even have computers in their trailers!!

For now, I'll keep my shares, but will buy no more until I see evidence the company/Folger is more savvy about the business they propose to be in. I'm honestly not sure that I have ever seen a company proposing to sell their products via the Net react this way to their frontend. Have they ever bought a book from Amazon.com??? If so, will RDIM announce an auction site soon??!!

Partly toungue-in-cheek...;)
