Pen Interconnect delisted from Nasdaq Nat'l Market
IRVINE, Calif., March 30 (Reuters) - Cable interconnection developer Pen Interconnect Inc. said Tuesday it has been delisted from the Nasdaq National Market effective Tuesday, but will appeal to have the exchange's decision reversed.

In a statement, Pen said Nasdaq had notified the company that it no longer met listing requirements for net tangible assets. However, the company said it disagrees with Nasdaq and it believes it currently does and will continue to comply with such requirements.

In the meantime, Pen securities will trade on the over-the-counter bulletin board under it's regular trading symbols (OTC BB:PENC - news) and (OTC BB:PENCW - news).

Pen Interconnect Inc. designs custom cable interconnections and power supplies for the computer peripheral, telecommunications and medical testing industries.
