I think a large part of the actions now taken are out of regret for not taking action much earlier in Bosnia. I don't think that ALL the Serbs are evil butchers. My main complaint is their leader who is a very intelligent and cunning yet evil man. Much of the "dirty work" is done by Serb criminals who are released from prison because they CAN perform acts of genocide without losing any sleep at night.

Need proof? Check out The Daily News (posted with day and hour). That should give anybody enough proof of the atrocities going on.
