Anyone interested in checking out GMGC morale

I am only around the corner from GMGC. In the past
I have driven by the complex at noon to gauge morale, when many
employees head across the street for lunch.
I am planning to do the same thing again. I know many
people from there eat at a Mexican taco place across the street.
I know this sounds obsessive, but I am hoping to see
signs of stress or worry in their faces, or the lack thereof.

A good gauge of staff morale is the rate at which employees
leave a company. It certainly holds true for the company that
I work for. I am curious if there is a way to find this
rate about GMGC. Could it be that the high count of job positions
is due to people leaving or more optimistically, because of growth.
I would submit my resume for a job interview,
but they aren't hiring any hardware related electrical engineers.
I have encouraged my software engineer collegues to submit resumes.
Two of them have and they never received a response. These engineers
have rich experiences developing high level software, so its hard to understand why they never heard from GMGC.
Perhaps someone local to the area, wants
to join me in my "stake-out". Two sets of eyes are better than one.
