Gottfried and threaders, following are a combination of Gottfried, Orders, shipment and BTB data with the 1996/97 and 1998/99 RS and Price ranges from the the bottom of the BTB cycle to the top of the Price Cycle. I only used the data from the bottom to the top of the up cycle. The Price is in absolute terms. Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed.
