one of the big advantage of the spinoff, CPU won't need to write off 4-5 million dollars spending on the compusanet.com from it's store's profit every quarter. The dot com is on it's own, and the market does not care about losses, as long as it's on the net and increasing revenue. The IPO will automatically hype the price of compusanet.com to 800-1000M, and the mother company will own a duaghter company that market, price it really high. So the price of Mother company should increase substantially. We should see 20-25 for cpu in the next couple of month. Best Regards,
