They did the same thing to me. Are you going to try again or move on to the Munder Netnet fund? I'm already in the Munder Fund but thought I would like in this one as well. I'm debating trying again. Tony

Yeah, same story here. All I did was send them the check right back (which is what most people are doing, I guess). actually, I voided the check and made one out for a lesser amount $100, because I just bought a Net stock directly and am getting a bit too heavy in the sector.

But what kinda ticked me off is that I called them 3 weeks ago asking why they did not support telephone purchases. Most funds seem to and even The Internet Fund used to until they were overwhelmed at the end of last year. But the guy reassured me and said they were now able to support such purchases! Yay! So I send in my voided check like he said I should then I call them again on the day the fund reopens (3/30).

But then I get the bad news! No, they do not support phone purchases and the guy I talked to the first time accidentally told me incorrect information. What I actually ended up signing for with my voided check, the new guy says, is the ability to *wire* funds the same day. Damn! No way I'm gonna pay anymore $15 bank wire fees.

But that's one reason I haven't invested in this fund nearly as much as I've attempted. It just takes way too long. It's much easier to pull the trigger if you know it will not take the bullet 4 days to leave the gun - an eternity in Internet stock time.
