Thank you Cliff, for your replies. I'm grateful to receive courteous answers, such as yours, from a company official. While I'm not sure how your background in hotels is relevant to this business, it is helpful in at least one way: it has apparently instilled the value of courtesy, and the notion that you are paid to be nice to people. I welcome that. It might be nice if Chatty could spend some time working in hotels, too. Can you imagine him working as, let's say, a concierge? Would he threaten the guests and shout in their face that they are IDIOTS? Anyway, thanks again, Cliff.
