Hello DARPA,

Nice post last night. Yes, I did buy in at .32 and doubled my position at .215. It appears that BHFC brings a lot of contracts and revenues to this merger. Will have to wait and see how the new company will be valued after the dust settles.

At least we know there will be substantial revenues coming in, always a big plus when dealing with a BB stock.

DARPA - Your worst fear might not be that bad. BHFC could be bringing more to the table than GTMI has to offer. There are a lot of examples where a merger with a reverse has been very good for the stockholders. You have to differentiate between just a reverse split (LTGL and ICEH for example) and what is happening, I believe, in this scenario. We need to find out more about BHFC - they seem to be the player in this case.
