Kash Re: <<Apparently AMD's 10-K is out. Could explain lousy price action today.>> I noticed 10-K was filed 5:38 PM and Proxy at 5:12PM, either EST or PST, not related to the stock action today. Noticable on the proxy statement are: 1. large portion devoted to the change of control event 2. ask to increase the authorized share outstanding from roughly 500 millions to 700 millions. ALL AMD longs, please digest these two documents as much as you can, and post whatever you think are important here. They are the info goldmines.
