As you note, AMD and Compaq are real cosy already. The bigger question, does Palmer have anything to contribute to the Shareholders, or will he merely be a spear-carrier for Sanders' "attack Intel at all costs" strategy ? My guess is that he will follow Sanders right over the cliff. Paul
