Further to your post on lawsuits against companies, if a shareholder does get something out of a multimillion dollar lawsuit, it would be in the neighbourhood of about 1 to 5% of their losses. hardly worth the effort of collecting all the data and forwarding to the attorneys. The attorneys on the other hand will collect $300 per hour for thousands and thousands of hours WHETHER they actually put in those hours is suspect.
