Hi Floyd - good to see you. How've you been?

Answers to your questions:

1. James Ray is or was the largest shareholder of ITOY because he and/or Michael Berg probably formed the shell, like they did with Draco Technologies which became Softlink. I'm sure you can confirm that with the same type of research you did on SFLK. Anyway, first they tried to work a deal with the Empress of Interactive Games, but that didn't work out, so now they merged Virtual Games into the shell.

2. Asked and answered on the SFLK board. Berg and Ray own both the consulting firm and the transfer agent, which is not a problem, and use one office for two separate corporate entities, which is not at all unusual. I seem to remember someone suggesting that you, Floyd, are affiliated with a company that similarly shares its address with another corporate name. And dozens of my firm's small corporate clients use our office address as their mailing address for the purpose of filings with state offices. Are you suggesting that Berg and Ray be required to lease another office next door to the one they have now, so they can run each company out of its own separate office?

3. Because Berg and Ray retained them on behalf of both of the companies they advise.

4. SFLK, yes. ITOY, I don't know, but it would not surprise me if the SEC did want to check it out in connection with their informal inquiry into SFLK and its promoters.

5. Unlikely, since I received a telephone message yesterday from someone from "Buying Power" (they seem to have dropped the "International") and they are still the PR firm of record for IPVC.

6. Unlikely.

OK, we're ready for your other questions. Nothing so "incredible" yet.

FLOYDIE - you need to ask Klein these questions directly and then kindly post those answers for all to read. Your accusations and points are read by many, however, you always ask the wrong party - you need to be as emphatic with your responses to your questions when you get them from Klein as you are with those accusations and negative points.

Please get your questions of importance pertaining to the financing, directorship, any fraudulent connections with PR and IR people, whether they have capitalization, what is the source of capitalization; what are the plans for the future to increase the valuation of the shareholders positions. Indicate you are concerned that the past activities of all parties associated with ITOY are causing you and others serious concern on ITOYs ability to be successful and not end up being investigated by SEC as their past ventures have resulted.

That should about do it and I hope you can have a post for us all to read tomorrow afternoon at the latest. I know Klein is not difficult to talk with, nor is he difficult to reach and he will answer the questions. If you can not believe his words, indicate same by noting the tone of his voice as he answers or if he gets huffy or offended by your questions. That would be interesting too. Good luck I know you will be busy getting all those questions together.
