I believe his first price was 138. I wonder if that has changed. Where does the 110-120 figure come from? My apologies if the source was already posted here.

It will be an all-stock deal, so the relevant question is what's the conversion rate. The rumor had been for .85 shares of YHOO for each share of BCST. Don't know if there's any validity to it. But I'd be very, very surprised (make that shocked) if it were any less than .75. Probably closer to .85 range. Remember, YHOO is using their own currency -- as they did with GeoCities (nice 50% premium). Can't see them being any less "enthusiastic" about a property as synergistic as BCST. FWIW
