USRF news. This company/product is going to be awesome. I spoke to company yesterday and they are commencing a very aggressive roll out of their wireless internet product. They have inquiries from over 200 ISPs around the country. They are very tight lipped about the product and will only speak about it under non-disclosure.

<<USRF Appoints Corporate Development Officer to Direct Deployment of Quick-Cell Wireless Internet System and Assist in CyberHighway Expansion
Company Anticipates Rapid Deployment of Quick-Cell(TM) Wireless Internet System
BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 1999-- Internet Media Corp. (OTC BB: USRF - news) announced today that James Kaufman had been appointed Vice President of Corporate Development, to spearhead the deployment of Internet Media's US.RF(TM) Quick-Cell Wireless CLEC Internet System throughout the U.S. and assist in the expansion of Internet Media's CyberHighway(TM), an ISP providing service in over 230 cities in 12 states. Kaufman will join Internet Media immediately.

''I think the Internet industry is only now beginning to really understand just how revolutionary the US.RF Quick-Cell Wireless Internet System is -- our ability to turn a local ISP into a Wireless CLEC literally overnight is unprecedented,'' said Jim Kaufman, Internet Media's new Corporate Development V.P. ''We already have a ready market for the US.RF Quick-Cell System, from among the 230 cities served by CyberHighway, plus we've begun the process of contacting the over 200 local dial-up ISPs who have inquired about the US.RF Quick-Cell System. My goal is to get several of these ISPs signed up each week, if at all possible,'' continued Kaufman.

''Not only was Jim instrumental in our acquiring CyberHighway earlier this year, he also conceived the Quick-Cell implementation concept, and I have complete confidence that he will direct our expansion plans successfully,'' said David Loflin, Internet Media's President. ''Our board of directors is firmly behind Jim and has endorsed his strategy for achieving wide-scale deployment of the US.RF Quick-Cell Wireless Internet System. Also, Jim has re-opened acquisition talks with two ISPs with whom we had previously signed letters of intent, and we hope to reach definitive agreements with those ISPs in the near future,'' Loflin concluded.

Kaufman further noted that he expected the combination of the US.RF Quick-Cell Wireless Internet System and CyberHighway's unique Internet business model built on a sold infra-structure and a creative management team to be a strong product mix, one that would be attractive to many of the nearly 6,000 local, independent ISPs who are struggling to grow. ''Together with CyberHighway, we can help the independent ISP not only to compete with traditional, nationally-known ISPs, like Mindspring Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSPG - news), and regional ISPs, like Rocky Mountain Internet, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII - news), and, with the US.RF QuickCell System, these local ISPs can offer Internet business solutions to compete with the likes of Verio (Nasdaq: VRIO - news),'' Kaufman concluded.

Internet Media's US.RF (U.S. Radio Frequency) Quick-Cell(TM) Program is designed to permit the rapid deployment of its two-way Wireless Internet broadband access among select, local independent ISPs, which, collectively, account for billions of dollars of Internet-related bandwidth and hardware sales each year.

The US.RF Quick-Cell is a turnkey, plug-and-play Wireless Internet access system that, in 24 hours, is capable of transforming an ordinary, garden-variety ISP into a powerful Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) capable of delivering the US.RF Wireless Internet access at burstable T1-equivalent speeds in their local markets, at prices that will range from 40% to 60% below those charged for traditional T-1 hardwire service.
