Hawaii "< Net2Phone has executed a term sheet with significant strategic investors relating to an investment in Net2Phone's equity securities, and Net2Phone is seeking to execute similar term sheets with other significant investors. > THIS, is the proof that they are doing an IPO, no?" No. I think these would be private investors, not the public investors requisite for an Initial PUBLIC Offering. If anything this kind of talk seems to imply to me that they are going to spin off Net2Phone and sell the shares of it to several large investors. It all depends on what terms are layed out on the "Term Sheets". We have got to find out. Understanding this will tell us what they are trying to do with Net2Phone. Bill Zeman 16 13/16
