Thanks for the MSN link. Regarding the Yahoo deal, it's terms were never publicly released, but I know the quality of the TBFC management and they wouldn't blow their marketing budget on a single Yahoo deal, but I do know that at least one of the analysts was very concerned that he had to lower his eps numbers to account for a "costly" Yahoo deal.

I know that TBFC is very satisfied with the terms of that deal and the results they have alread seen.

As far as NTBK to TBFC price performance, I have said all along, short term NTBK will probably outperform TBFC. But I personally have no confidence in NTBK's business model or management. That doesn't make it a bad stock but just not with my money. Both should flourish so long as there is a continued shift from traditional banking.

All investors in direct banks should make plenty, it's been fun for me, and I hope for you to have healthy competitive debates on the future of NTBK and TBFC.

Regards,

Goolie
