Bob, yes it looks like phase III, and it looks like XOMA is involved because the drug is called XOMA hu1124.

There is no blackout period on news from XOMA required by law at the moment. Nor in any case does a blackout prohibit release of real news.

The question remains, why not make a news release when the information is already out , in the form you found it? I consider it stupid, not to have told shareholders either that XOMA was chosen or that it was not to participate in the trial. I doubt Martin chose to do it this way. IMO it was someone that outranks her but does not understand p.r. Remember the telephone survey, the concealed mortality requirement and probably other less than candid actions!

XOMA has turned good news into something disappointing buy not making a clear timely announcement of the facts.
