Interesting they are coming to the same conclusions as many of us here ... many of these countries are better off with gold rather than more US dollars to pay back. If the IMF wants to help these countries, they should be buyers of gold .... tough to do though when the US market relies heavily now on a strong US dollar to remain stable .... if the US dollar tanks, the market is going with it.
