Hmmmmm, A few good questions. My initial answer would be "No, there isn't that sort of problem here ... maybe in Albania." But, you know, I think the best people to answer that would be the country Reps for UNHCR and UNICEF, Mr. Roger Doan Van Hay (011-389-91-366-482) and Mr. Edmond McLoughney (011-389-91-365-798) respectively. Wish I had their email addresses, but I don't. I'm sure they would be tickled pink to find out people want to help in whatever way they can.
