I agree that if there was some way to return net bought products to the store, they would have an edge over all competition. The problem is cost. That is one way net stores keep costs down. I think if they come up with a compromise solution, it could be a big boost and differentiate them from all competition. I'm talking about having the option of returning/exchanging something bought on the net at a store and maybe charging a conveniece fee of $3 bucks or so. It saves the purchaser from having to pay shipping costs and wait. The fee would cover customer service personnel and the inconvienence to CPU.
