I tend to agree with you Kevin. Sure that's a lot of dillution but, considering that the insiders already hold 40% of the company's outstanding shares makes one wonder ( other than greed ) what are they up to??? Hopefully everyone has taken up their positions and now we can get on with the promotion and NEWS of the "BIG CONTRACT". In the end if the news is as good as it is rumored to be then we'll be making money...maybe not as much but, it sure beats losing money. Good Luck.

I see UBS as a solid long term hold, with the short term potential of this huge contract that could put this one over 1.0 in no time.
