but some of these potential contracts have to become actual before the money runs out. If the technology is promising financially why hasn't anybody bought the company? IMHO there has to be a will to destroy PCB's without creating Furans and Dioxins and that doesn't exist in Canada. I don't believe that the US Government will spend Millions of $US for the destruction of chemical warfare agents if that money is going outside the US. So the options are to close up, and then the patents will come on the open market, or move the company.... Buffalo is close to where they are now, and as an American Company they might have a better chance in the US. The other option is to close the office here and move the whole thing to Australia, and cheerfully destroy whatever needs doing in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan till there is enough money to move back into the North American market. But they may have waited too long to exercize those options.... Don't forget that last year they put in a poison pill plan so that it would be more difficult to take the thing over.......
