Good question. These people announce a split to avoid a delisting. Then we get delisted and they cancel the reverse. Then they reannounce a 10-1 reverse split. Then then change their minds and make it a 12-1 reverse split, to be implimented on March 27th. Then March 27th comes & goes and there is no indication of whether the split happened or not. Then the powers that be post a memo, without even telling us what's going on with the split, and then say they're leaving town for a few days. Somebody should tell these people that NO ONE is going to buy this stock until a decision is made on the reverse split, once and for all. Meanwhile we stockholders languish while the officers sit with their thumbs up their butts. In my opinion, the people running this company are just as ignorant as the last bunch. p.s. I finally got ahold of the webmaster for this board and got BCMD ACTIVE again. (it was inactive since October)
