IMO the word "shame" is much to mild. It was back in October of 97 that the company announced the spin-off of T-Enzymes with an update the following month that they anticipated it to be completed within 90 days. Of course one should remember that the announcement was conveniently timed to meet shareholder concerns about PP shares that were about to hit the market in November.

Also of interest was the October 97 release concerning TT's announcement that T Enzyme Products, "will reimburse the company for any costs incurred to date and will also pay a continuing gross revenue royalty"

And least we forget the Nov.12, 1997 announcement concerning International Thermo Tech and their statement that they "will be granted an exclusive license subject to the company's standard $800,000 per plant fee & 5% gross revenue royalty".

Wonder how many of those $800,000 fees have ever been collected to date. And as usual pretty much complete silence about the spin-offs.

Regards.

<<... It's obvious the waste stream is there, and I have been told the fees were sufficient..>> Dead run or competing runs from the Waste To Energy Plant ( a Consortum of owners I understand - selling profitable electricty back to the grid system) with the 1000 foot smoke stack is in the next town, Rochester...what a waste. Trucks go there from miles away to rid Bosyon and Providence of stuff...dead Mid Way between the two.
I read that they had it 6 + months ago, why they get rid of Carver?

The funny part is that Thermo Tech is paying wages
for somebody to market the shares of a company which
is not Thermo Tech.

My client had not heard from any promotions and marketing
types at Thermo for several years.

We always thought that promotion should relate to ensuring
existing raw material and product relationships.

In the hard world the treasury has the shareholders'
contribution there are no refunds and probably no dividend.

Investor relations should be at the bottom of the
the list of useful applications of talent and money.
