GARD: GARD up almost 20% on vapors. So-called 'strategic' partners, SW Bell and Chase Manhattan neglected to point out relationship in their press releases. Nonetheless, TAVA needs to jettison their current IR firm (tiny and insignificant...no clout whatsoever) and come up with a recognized, respectable company of some size that can carry TAVA to the next level. Same with PR. JJ's insistence on hanging with mediocre IR and ongoing refusal to hire major league PR firm is killing the cap. You know the guy, JDN...have a talk with him! P.S. Mangam?
