announce PayForView's music division, STREET SOLID RECORDS
("STREET SOLID"), their L.A. based record label headed by Jay
Warsinske, has announced the signing of two major artists with
acclaimed pasts and extensive credits. Both the West Coast
hip-hop group ABOVE THE LAW, as well as hit artist and writer RBX
have brand new albums due for release in June, 1999 on the new
STREET SOLID label.
ABOVE THE LAW, celebrating their 10th year in the business, is
the legendary rap group from L.A. that icons DR. DRE and the late
great Eric 'EAZY-E' Wright launched in the early 90's after the
monumental success of their group N.W.A. The Group ABOVE THE LAW,
which has recorded for SONY'S EPIC & RELATIVITY labels, is
accredited with being an influential force in today's blossoming
hip-hop market around the world. Their last album, "LEGENDS" in
1998 was recently voted the #2 ALBUM OF THE YEAR BY A GROUP in
the influential publication RAP PAGES Yearend Poll of critics and
consumers. They have recently been honored and celebrated by
their inclusion of two major hit collections, "The N.W.A. LEGACY"
and RUTHLESS RECORDS GREATEST HITS: THE DECADE". Group Leader
Greg 'HUTCH' Hutchison states, "After recording for giant

RBX, born Eric Collins, along with his cousins 'SNOOP DOGG' and
'DAZ,' with their producer 'DR. DRE' were the musical foundation
of DEATH ROW RECORDS meteoric $300 million in sales during their
'success story in the 90's. RBX vocalizes on every other song on
the DR. DRE album "THE CHRONIC" that sold over 5 million copies
and which is acclaimed as one of the influential and biggest
selling albums of the 90's. His album "DOGGSTYLE" broke sales
records and has sold over 6 million copies around the world.
RBX's last album "THE RBX FILES" was released in 1997 on WARNER
BROS. RECORDS, winning many top reviews and mentions as 'one of
the best albums of the year'. RBX says, "Street Solid is the
perfect music label for the new millennium, combining great

the future."
The new ABOVE THE LAW and RBX albums are part of the STREET SOLID
Summer release schedule, that already includes the soon to be
released FATHER MC album.
PAYFORVIEW.COM PROCEEDS WITH 3 FOR 2 FORWARD STOCK SPLIT
The Company confirms that the Board of Directors will be
proceeding with a 3 for 2 forward split of the common stock of
the Company. The Effective date for this forward split has been
set for shareholders of record on the close of business April 9,
1999. In order to receive three new common shares for every two
currently held, shareholders or their investment brokers will be
required to submit the old share certificates to the Company's
transfer Agent, Alexis Stock Transfer (phone:(760) 773-9227), for
conversion.
