Hi James,

Have you checked my other bull today? (AOL)

At one point it was up $17 but has pulled back to the $14 area. It got up graded today target wise and a few houses have moved the year end target to $225 from $125. That's quite a big move!

LU is still poised to rise some more technically speaking. Hope your having a good day.

Lucent's Brazilian Unit Gets Deal
To Expand Its Cellular Network
Dow Jones Newswires

SAO PAULO, Brazil -- The Brazilian unit of Lucent Technologies
Inc. has signed a 50 million-real ($28.5 million) contract with
local cellular company Tele Celular Sul Participacoes SA, to
expand its new cellular telephone network, Lucent said Monday.

In a news statement, Lucent said the contract is for the installation
of network systems, using time division multiple access
technology, to serve an extra 165,000 analog cellular telephones
and 225,000 digital cellular phones in Parana state.

Tele Celular Sul, sold last year to a group led by Telecom Italia
Mobile SpA as part of the privatization of federal holding
Telecomunicacoes Brasileiras SA, or Telebras, last year, already
has an installed network set up by Lucent which serves 190,000
analog cellular phones.

"A subsidiary of Tele Celular Sul, Telepar, was Lucent's first
client in Brazil in the cellular telephone area and this new
partnership will reinforce our business relationship," said Lucent
do Brasil's president, Virgilio Freire.

Tele Celular Sul provides cellular telephone services in the
southern states of Santa Catarina and Parana.

Expansion of the network is expected to be completed this year,
and as well as supplying its most advanced cellular phone system,
Lucent will also provide technical services and support.
