Iman, I'm not full of BS, you are just not smart enough to read clearly. Initial Listing 3 allows a company to initially list if they have $75Million Market Capitalization or $75M in Assets or $75M in Revenue. Right from your link: For initial or continued listing under option 3, a company must satisfy one of the following to be in compliance: the market capitalization requirement or the total assets and the total revenue requirement. Iman, which one do you think they satisfy. Now, think hard, but not too hard, you may get a headache!
