I have a question for this thread.. When Etrade went down two fridays ago, I had an order in for NETE, which was filled while the site was down, needless to say the stock went from 16 to 12 by the time that the site came back on. I have record of the time that they finally came around.. The Q is, has anyone ever done a trade dispute with them on this basis, and if so what was the result? I am considering talking to them, and if not going to the NASD. I had no way of getting to my account even if I tried... Any comments or actual experiences? Thanks!!!
