Brian I agree....If these contracts truly exist and they are not hype I do not understand what the hold up is....Management is now perceived as stalling for a purpose which makes no sense...I am beginning to believe that the prior pr's with no $ estimates were put out to decieve... Remember they had contracts last year with GM,NASCAR,NASA or are we just looking at just more R & D... Sprintcar
