I heard you could file the S1A before you hear back from the SEC. And, depending on the company who is brokerage house heading up the IPO, you can get approval from the SEC in days. All it takes is a little money.

I suspect end of April also.

We all know that the SEC in running behind,but I think this would only affect NETR if they were backed up BEFORE navr fled the S!. NETR still has it's place in line.
