< but anyone who is not willing to see this below .50 for the next 2 or 3 months might as well sell now.> What kind of statement is this?
According to you what incentive do I have to either buy or hold for the next 2-3 months if I am almost guaranteed to get back in at 50 cents. I think this thread needs to stop making stock predictions and just let the stock do its own thing. This stock has been over 50 cents several time already and there is no reason why it could not get there again at any point in time. To all those that keep saying that only numbers will move this stock I disagree with you. There is enough on the table right now that show plenty of revenue will be generated. The TSIG story needs to get out to the world ASAP and give us more exposure then I guarantee that this stock will perform like we expect it to. I along with a lot of you are here to make money not hold forever so lets do our part and spread the word on tsig and keep on the company's ass to make sure they don't slack off. I think a conference call and/or shareholders meeting should be scheduled ASAP.

Hi Andy -

<<but anyone who is not willing to see this below .50 for the next 2 or 3 months might as well sell now.>>

While this may actually present a very good buying opportunity - it is the unknown terms of the Private Placement (PP) that have me concerned about the low TSIG.com share price. I think many of us anticipated a higher share price for TSIG.com so the share dilution would be minimized. The key questions in my mind are - at what particular point in time do the PP folks receive their TSIG.com shares and under what terms ? Contractually - when are they authorized to sell those shares ? Also - has TSIG.com only used the first 2.5 million installment of the PP thus far ?

It would be nice to hear some facts about the PP. The last good update came from Marty but we still don't know what the specific terms of the PP are.
