Another point about the current stock price.

Last time we were here (mid 4s) , it was the middle of a sharp general stock market correction. This time, it's at dow 10,000.

The timing of the downgrade was announced during the first trading day after closing below $5. ( margin call implications ) .

I particularly like this comment:

Lets see we have a couple of days left and that might make a difference.

Could it be that close ?

Nope, we're talking about a .05 cent swing from +02 to -03.

And the street pushes the stock price up, these guys must feel like a million bucks.
