The technical chart of the stock is beginning to look a little better. The MACD has turned positive, and the short-term MA has pulled up slightly above the long-term average. Volume is picking up, but we need more confirmation of this trend for it to last.

That kind of action is caused by the MM selling at the Ask and holding it in place by buying stock from sellers at the Bid. Basically we may have one MM here working the market for the stock. Actually, since he is able to buy at the bid and sell at the ask he is actually holding a floor for us. Other factors might be happening as well. I have noticed that a lot of the trades are occurring away from the Level II, so that could mean that someone is creating themselves a position, without letting us see who it is.
