I expect a range bound price between 15 and 18ish for the next 3-4 weeks. The trend with IDTC is up, but it needs to digest the upmove from 12. With no real news on the IPO expected til after April 23, IMO, it has nowhere to go. April options plays are dangerous for this reason. Good Luck.

No IPO mentioned this time in Consent Solicitation. Compare this to original press release where "private or public" sale of equities was mentioned. Be honest with yourself and you'll notice "significant investors" are mentioned as taking an equity position in Net2Phone. I warned all along that "private or public" usually ends up "private".

You'll also notice that the price was increased for the bond buy-back - from $10 to $20, or $1010 to $1020.

This means nothing. It's standard practice and experienced investors understand. You can look at CTI for a parallel situation, except no one ever claimed they are considering an IPO. They are doing the consent solicitation to invest in another company.

CTI has also extended about 3 times (the solicitation). I think they're offering $25 per $1000.

IDTC is a good company to hold. I'm just annoyed by hypsters.
