Intriguing!!

This in no way means XOMA is involved, but the fact remains they are more likely to be involved than 80% of the other biotech companies that could not be considered to have protein therapies.

XOMA has been too busy to tie its' shoes lately. Lawyers can't find time to approve stuff for web that does not say diddly squat. Something may have higher priority.

Roumor Mill site has been mentioning Bayer/XOMA for some time but in terms of a merger. I really doubt the merger stuff. I would not mind seeing a partnership with Bayer if the terms were right.

Protein therapeutics covers a large area, so no one should think XOMA does more than fall into that are and is located close to Bayer in Berkley.
